# commodities.sh — Terms & Third-Party Data Attribution

commodities.sh aggregates public data from EIA, FRED, CFTC, and USDA. Each
upstream source has its own API terms of use; by using commodities.sh you
agree to be bound by them in addition to any commodities.sh-specific terms.

## FRED API

This product uses the FRED® API but is not endorsed or certified by the
Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.

## EIA API

Data sourced from the U.S. Energy Information Administration, attributed as
"EIA" + series ID on every observation.

## CFTC / other USDA sources

Public reporting, attributed as "CFTC" + report date or "USDA" + report name.
